A public memorial service is planned at 6 p.m. Tuesday for the victims of Saturday's shooting. The Church Council of Greater Seattle is holding what it calls a "service of hope" outside the Capitol Hill house at 2112 East Republican Street. After the service, a neighborhood association plans a community meeting at Miller Community Center at 330 19th Avenue East.
