When I saw the pictures in the Oregon Trip Planner magazine I didn't think it would be on a random street in Portland's Chinatown... this place is smaller than I thought it would be but it was still beautiful.  It makes you feel like you are somewhere else.  The locust flowers and lillies are so vibrant and beautiful in the water.... the weather was nice while we were there... sunny but sprinkling…
